Ashley Davis-Annett

Assistant Vice President of Business Development

Ashley is currently a Manager and the Community Representative at a technical outdoor retail establishment. She has spent more than five years in a position of customer service relevant to the outdoor industry. She manages a team of over 30 staff, focusing on team dynamics and organizational culture.

Her previous experience includes working with youth-at-risk groups through an alternative experiential-based adventure program called Choices for Youth. Ashley has worked overseas in the United States as a coordinator for a high and low ropes challenge course, teaching archery, being a zip line attendant and a paddle guide on the Delaware River.

Ashley was introduced to the Innersee team through her internship work with Choices for Youth while completing her undergraduate degree in Outdoor Recreation and Leisure Studies at Brock University. She started out as a course attendant, helping with set-up and take-down of the course initiatives. Showing a keen interest in becoming a facilitator, she completed her low ropes and challenge course facilitation training and focused the rest of her undergraduate studies on leadership and team dynamics.

Ashley travels to South East Asia once a year to visit with her father, who lives in Singapore. She volunteers in Asia and regularly collects clothing to send to her father to be donated to such areas as Cambodia, Thailand and the Philippines.
