Is your company interested in a new and innovative way to bring team building to a new level?

Orienteaming may be the approach you are searching for!

In groups of four to six people, multiple teams set out for an outdoor adventure to complete a articular mission. During the team’s explorations, hidden caches will be found. Each cache will  require the full team’s collaboration to unlock information and problem solving components that will lead them to a final destination. At this final destination, your team will need to strategize and make use of all their resources to complete their mission. Orienteaming can be scheduled as a three to four hour activity or more effectively a full day with connections to team development.

In addition to having fun and building collaboration, your team will develop awareness of:
•    divergent and creative thinking
•    heighten level of communication
•    team consensus and decision making
•    taking calculated risks
•    team synergy

In the process of searching for the remote caches, your team will uncover the most important cache, that being ‘true assets are those which are found within the group itself’.

Innersee can equip and outfit groups of up to 30 for orienteaming. All ages and fitness levels can be accommodated. Our orienteaming programs make use of several ‘on field’ scenarios to meet our team building objectives.  We can also customize a unique day just for your team and your team needs.

We have orienteaming courses in the Grand River basin near Elora and at our Macton team  building challenge course on the banks of the Conestoga River. Customization could include having us develop an orienteaming course at a location near you.

Give us a call, we will help you find what you are searching for!
